The Emerging African Print "Afrohead Gh" Featured in Sarkodie's New "Oofeetsɔ" Music Video Featuring Prince Bright of Buk Bak

On Saturday night, the world was introduced to Sarkodie's new music video for "Oofeetsɔ," which featured legendary group member Prince Bright of Buk Bak. This master-piece is one of his first new releases since the award-winning rapper won the Achievement Award at the just ended 4syte Music Video Awards.

And through the video, the world was also introduced to the emerging Accra-based African print brand, AfroHead, designed by down-to-earth yet ambitious young designer and painter, Ishmael Lartey, whose impeccably-tailored shirt, jacket and hoodie have been the new clothing line to wear.

Before last night, Ishmael was aware that Sarkodie was a supporter of his brand since he's been a hardcore fun of the Sark brand. But he had no idea his pieces would be featured so prominently in the video.

As we already said before, Afrohead Gh is the hottest fashion brand now in Africa. But it might be Music’s hottest destination, too.

The famous African print brand from the “Oofeetsɔ” video was part of the 'This Is Tema concert' fashion display which was hosted by the king of rap in Africa, Sarkodie. Ishmael Lartey is a Ghanaian painter and designer who provide production, art direction, artwork and styling for fashion, music, film, and art.
